The purpose of this position is to support the sales team in managing administrative tasks (contracts management, travel agencies information, nego fares, etc…).
Main Accountabilities
The Indoor Sales Specialist will be accountable for giving the support to the Sales team to manage regular requests from agencies (technical issues, product requests, invoices, etc…).
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
• Management of Sales requests sent to indoor sales inbox mail.
• Management of “promovueling”.
• Support of simple administrative tasks
Main Relationships
The Indoor Sales support will be working closely internally with Sales teams, Sales processes and effectiveness area, Legal Department, Revenue Management, Distribution area, Network and Operations, Finance and Customer Services.

Education
• Diploma or bachelor´s degree in Economics, Sales or Tourism.
• Experience in airlines or in an agency is a plus.
Competencies
• Autonomy and agility finding solutions.
• Organized and comfortable working in a rapidly changing and demanding environment.
• Strong interest in the airline industry.
Languages
• Spanish: fluent
• English is a plus
