DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA OFERTA

The individual has work in coordinating services focus to employees, event and meeting with a high standard of requirement. He/she has a strong focus generating in the site a strong culture experience together with the communication department.

The role is mainly administrative and creating synergies between the users.

Typical Accountabilities

Proactively manage all aspects of administrative support for their customers holding confidences and trusted with information.
Independently and pro-actively resolve issues and challenges relating to administrative requests
Deliver a broad range of professional administrative services
Work collaboratively with Global Colleagues to deliver a lean, consistent and professional global administration service to internal customers
Advise customers and peers on the best way of conducting administrative tasks
Ensure good business understanding and show passion for customers to professionally support a customer group
Lead or participate in administrative continuous improvement activities
Contribute to knowledge sharing within the Administration Support Team
Lead or participate in training and development initiatives for administrators or other relevant training
Collaborate with the SHE team in the coordination of activities and campaign.
Coordinates meetings and oversees other members and support the Facility Manager in generating business case when require.
Prioritizes workload, and that of others as appropriate, to achieve personal and work unit targets.
Work collaboratively with Global Colleagues to deliver a lean, consistent, and professional global administration service to internal customers.
Supports the preparation of a budget and forecast reports to ensure services align with initial cost specifications
Compiles summary documents and distributes to the team as required
Develops online management reports and key performance parameters
Essential requirements:

Prior Administrative experience and management

Specialist knowledge in relation to business support activities in the relevant area
Demonstrated abilities to take the initiative to respond to rapidly changing priorities
Demonstrates a can-do approach and willingness to learn new skills
Ability to work on tight deadlines
Good knowledge of spoken and written English, Spanish language is a must (fluent e.g. native / bilingual)
Desirable requirements:

Tourism degree / professional qualification
Experience of working in a global organisation with complex / geographical context
