What your responsibilities will be
You will lead strategy of access in the markets outside NA of all the Biopharma portfolio including:
Market Access pre-launch/launch activities:
Earlier collaboration on clinical trial design to identify payer value concerns as well as coordinated engagement with both regulators and payers on protocols and value messages.
Validation of TPP (Target Product Profile) with KOLs and payers is essential in pre-launch and launch stages to identify Access barriers.
Market Access post-launch activities:
Involving pricing management, guideline expansion and formulary status retention, ensuring availability of the product through formulary listings and retail penetration to accelerate sales growth. Patient support programs addressing affordability gaps and other initiatives such as disease management solutions, leveraging clinical and real-world data, can be used to expand or extend access even beyond patent expiry.
Monitoring of established quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Life Science
Master’s degree in Market Access
At least 7 years of experience in International Market Access
Market Access experience within EU markets
Highly desirable to have managed market access projects for USA
Knowledge and application of working standards (GMP, SOP, INS, GLP, etc...) according to defined procedures
